I want you to know why you have lost another loyal customer. My store is closing in Bend, Oregon and I decided to try Mail Order for the first time. NEVER AGAIN. I have never gone through such an ordeal, when it was JC Penney's fault of sending the incorrect item. I realize we are all human and mistakes happen. What I cannot believe is your return policy and the HUGE inconvenience you put on your customers. I will return this item and take my business elsewhere!!! I have loved JC Penney for a very long time. Terribly disappointed, but certainly understand now why you are closing stores.
