I would like to tell you about my horrific experience I had with my order number #201525454014069. I was told on two different occasions that my couches would be delivered. Both times I took unpaid time off from work only not to have them delivered. I spoke with the most unprofessional customer representatives (Lettie, Monty, Chrashya all in Milwaukee) who were not apologetic. Then again I have to try and find my delivery only to find out that the delivery company XPO\'s truck "broke down". Now again I have to take another unpaid day off from work due to the negligence of JC Penny. I will be speaking with my attorney in regards to this matter.
