Karen Beirne-Getz sent a message to Marvin Ellison that said:

Mr. Ellison, could you please tell my why it is such a challenge for your employees to give me an email for customer service. I have always been a huge JCP fan and now as I want to resolve an issue, I am more disheartened by the fact that the company doesn\'t make the process easy for customers or JCP employees.
Please, help the JCP I know and love put customers at the center of the work. That\'s what all customers really want.
