I read were you had taken over at JC Penney in the position of CEO.

I would like to talk to you about how I was treated in regards to my JC Penney charge card. I also paid on time, in fact paid off my balance. I received a new card and went in to make a purchase and was told my account was closed because I had not used it enough! Also, was told to just reapply for a new card. I have been with JC Penney\'s for over 15 years and was told sorry nothing to be done but to reapply. I am only contacting you because of your statement in an article in our local paper (AJC) stating you were focused on customer loyalty.
