My name is Phyllis Mathis and I recently retired from JCP. I spoke to a lady from the 401K department a couple of weeks ago and she sent me my final balance and assured me it was frozen and that I would be able to retrieve that exact anount to rollover and I instructed herto freeze the account. I called to rollover my account today and it is approximately $5,000 less and I spoke to 4 people and they all said they kept my money in the stockmarket and cannot help me. As you know times are hard right now for everyone and I as everyone else need my monies as I am on a fixed income and was diagnosed with a serious disease.
