One of the big things you can work on is the Optical Dept. I bought my last glasses from Penneys and for the second time they still are incorrect. I have been without glasses for almost six weeks. I am sorry but I cannot afford my eye health to be trusted to Penneys. I know they are contractors but Penneys does have their name on the optical department. This needs fixing.
