Hi! I have been to several JC Penny Stores around the country. Stores in towns such as Texarkana and Longview Texas. Stores of this size are in need of a incentive to pull folks into the mall. The mall hallways are plenty large enough to host talent contest such as live music and comedian contest. I feel this would bring a large number of people into the malls. And many of them would filter out into the stores. I seen this work is small towns in there central square area of there town. People go for the entertainment and will eventually go shopping while they are there. Malls in towns of the size I've mentioned do not have enough traffic of folks in them right now.
