@MarvinJCPenney – Marvin R Ellison – Mr. Ellison, I am writing this mail because I had a problem in The Roosevelt

Ronald P Furfuro sent a message to Marvin R Ellison that said:

Mr. Ellison,
I am writing this mail because I had a problem in The Roosevelt Field store in NY. I had bought a pair of shoes and by mistake they were a 8W and I needed 8M.
I had asked the cashier to do an exchange with a different that was $5.00 cheaper and was told they would not do it without a receipt. As a J C Penney charge card holder
I don’t think that wasn’t asking for much. I wasn’t asking for a refund. They looked up the lowest selling price of the shoes(which you still sell) and was giving me $16 and change.
J C Penney doesn’t sell shoes for $16.00. So at this point I’m ready to close my account and stop shopping at J C Penney.
Thanks for reading my email and have a great day.
