Hello Mr. Crandall my name is Allen Curtis my wife and I have been apart of your company for the last 24years. We recently reduced our policy down to 100.000.00 back in Feburary. Since working with the agent and home office we have not been happy. Why the payment plan has not been set up correctly. We recently made a payment over the phone three weeks ago. The customer service person even said all would be done correctly. Yet as of today 9/29/18 the current payment have not been posted. I'm at my wits in as to how to get this resolved. We have our kids and ourselves insured with you.
