Dir Sir ,
I\'m Muhammed from saudi arabia and i have problem 2 weeks ago with my bank which is ( Saudi Arabia British Bank ) they freeze my credit card because they want me to Update my account .
i went to the bank 5 times to update my account and still my credit card doenst work .
Visit Number 1 : they said u have 2 nationality u have to bring the other passport
visit number 2 : they update the expired date of my Resident ID and they said ok it will work then nothing
Visit Number 3 : they said u have problem in your ID which is the name in English not the same as Arabic name you have to change your ID .
i went to Immigration and i changed my ID .
Visit Number 4 : they took copy from my ID and i filled the application and they said everything will be ok and the credit will work with in 2 days .
I received Sms from the bank yesterday saying still there is Documents missing
Visit Number 5 : it was today and the bank said you dont have any missing Documents wait few days and we will call you .

im sure they are pushing me to cancel my master card but i dont know why they are doing this with their customers
Note : i dont have debit account in this bank i just have the credit card .
