Matter regarding extremely unpleasant experience dealing with few employees that are not willing to refund or exchange my defective game they are refusing to escalated the issue.
The were well informed that I didn't have a receipt as per the reason the store didn't wish to do the return that's what the issue was. Yet even those your company makes the disc and it's been verified repeatedly that the game doesn't work properly your company still didn't wish to exchange it.
