DEAR CHANEL,
I AM A US CITIZEN AND WENT SHOPPING IN PARIS. I STOPPED BY A CHANEL STORE WHILE IN PARIS AND WAS HOPING TO MAKE A PURCHASE, I HAD MY EYES SET ON A CHANEL BOY BAG, THE BEAUTIFUL LARGE SIZE. I WAS WILLING TO PURCHASE IT YESTERDAY. UNFORTUNATELY I WAS TREATED RUDELY. NO ONE SMILED OR SAID HELLO. NO ONE OFFERED HELP. AS I LOOKED AT A DIFFERENT BAG, WHILE WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO RETRIEVE THE BAG I HAD COME IN TO BUY, AN ASSISTANT QUICKLY CAME OVER AND GRABBED THE BAG AWAY FROM ME AND WOULD NOT LET ME TAKE A LOOK. I ASKED IF I COULD SEE THE BAG AND SHE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR A SALES ASSISTANT IF I WAS "ACTUALLY SERIOUS" ABOUT PURCHASING THE BAG. THIS OFFENDED ME BEYOND BELIEF. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY IN MY LIFE. I AM HONESTLY SO DISAPPOINTED WITH MY TIME AT CHANEL. I PROMPTLY LEFT TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I WANTED TO WRITE, AND KNOW THE EMAIL TO THE CEO AND MANAGER TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE BECAUSE NO CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED AND SPOKEN TO IN THIS WAY.
