I hope this email find you well. I basically purchased a bottle of Chanel Bleu 150ml EDP and I was so looking forward to being indulgent and luxurious in my last few months. I have been diagnosed with a terrible illness and am looking to indulge as this could be my last Christmas. I received the bottle however it appears that the spray function is faulty and it has meant that the fragrance is trapped in the bottle. I love Chanel perfumes and fragrances as they remind me of my mother and give me a real comfort in these tricky times in my life.
