10 years ago i started buying Channel perfumes, which are indeed very beautiful and i am very happy with. I lived Ã®n Canada 20 years and recently returned to RomÃ¢nia, my home country, last December. Since i returned to RomÃ¢nia, Bucharest i purchased 2 perfumes Channel from Sephora perfumery store. The last one i bought on July 17th and the moment i took it out of the box the 100ml glass bottle fell on the table and broke, all perfume inside was lost. The perfume is Coco Mademoiselle eau de perfume, i did not have time to use it even once !! Unfortunately customer service from Sephora refused to replace the product saying it is my fault. It is not my fault, over the years i dropped many perfumes bottles none of which broke even on the hard floor, i believe this bottle was damaged from before purchase, however the customer service from Sephora AFI Mall Center refused to help me. This product costs aprox 700 lei, which Ã®s aprox 150 euros. Customer service refused to returned the money or replace the product.
Please discuss with Sephora management and ask them to replace the product or return the money. It would be unfair if they will not.
