I have been a huge fan of Chanel over the last 20 years and I have never been disappointed with the product or service I have recieved
However, I have been trying for the last 9 days to get a matter solved with your Chanel customer service team in the UK and I have to say I'm utterly disgusted with the lack of care and service I have recieved.
I have been trying for 9 days to rectify the problem with my online order (07573552), but still to no avail. ..
Can you please advise me as to what to do as I dont seem to be getting anywhere.
