I opened my own company on 2015. Many banks wanted me to open the account with them. I however walked in to Cedar Park Vienna Virginia location because of Wayne Chen. He has been the best banker I have ever met. He has always given me support and made it fill like a community bank like experience while I just had personal checking account.
I opened business account and went with BB T merchant services. Its been the worst experience ever. Between pay ware and BB t merchant services I feel like a tennis ball. Lack of communication and rudeness is out of this world. I am a sole proprietor of my business. I only use my phone to process any merchant services. I have never gotten any email/ mail with monthly reports. After calling multiple times, I was emailed a statement that I was charged $5. And then I come to find out I have been getting charged monthly for four devices. I called today and spoke with merchant services rep Erica, who kept putting me on hold several times to talk to her supervisor Ladonna Morgan. Who will not take my multiple request to speak to her directly. After 40 minutes of talking and being on hold for several times, she communicated thru the Rep that they will give me three month refund. I was told since I changed my phone number and account to another phone It got registered as second device automatically. I am still not clear what other two devices I am getting charged for! I then called pay ware back, every time I have upgraded my phone pay ware app gets automatically added. Even though I am using you service one at a time not or never together. I think its extremely unfair. It hurts small business like mine a bit.
Extra 2nd device added and charged 1st time Nov 2015=19 months of 14.95=$ 284.05
Additional 3rd device added and charged 2nd time May 2016= 13 months =$ 194.50
Additional 4th device added and charged 3rd time June 2016 = 12 months= 179.40

TOTAL I have been charged for one man company who has only used pay ware from one phone number = $657.08. This does not even account for overdraft fee that was the result of overcharged account and my time. Please advise on when I can get the refund or answer to my letter.
