Mdm my Wife is a singtel customer and her Acc no is34077679. Her name is kumutha Vally. Jet me come to the point my Fiber broadband was down on 25 Jan 17. I call your SingTel no 1688 and made a complain. They told me they will send their technician on 27 Jan. He came and check and he says the problem is external and he will inform your office. After which one of your foreign talent called me to say there is some problem. Which he just come to know about.i troll him it is not new and the problem have been there for more than 48 hrs. And many residents in my block are effected. He say he will come back to me and thats it. No news. Yes they tried to call me and I was not able to answer their call. I called my Wife to follow up and call them. Still waiting to hear from your great SingTel. Myself need the internet and, My Son got his poly home work to do. And still waiting. What kind of service you have. And if this fault happen to a V VIP have he got to wait too. What kind of service are your SingTel providing. Going back from 1st to 3rd world. Waiting for your reply.
