Me my wife, sister and brother-in-law started using Ryan air a few years ago, until a few years ago we were unable to print off our boarding passes in advance of getting to the airport, as a result we had to go across to another desk where the person pressed a button and outcome our passes we were charged getting on for a hundred pounds for a sheet of A4 paper I did send a letter of complaint to Ryan air but received no reply.
We still travel abroad regularly but Ryan air will never get any more of our money!
