This has made me loose a lot of confidence in your companies direction for being innovative and customer friendly. I attempted to purchase an Alienware Steam machine -i7 model that was on sale for $375. You have been quoted as saying "we want to make your experience for games and electronics better" but this seems like you are going back to 2005 and not sure how to process online payment types that YOUR WEBSITE clearly states you except. As a Georgia Tech graduate I believe integrity is at the core of your values but when it comes to your stores and customer service your companies direction is a complete 180. I don't know if you will ever read this but if you do I hope it makes changes happen.
