We have had as a family anthem Bcbs for years. My husband has changed jobs and we need insurance effective feb 1, 2017. I submitted and faxed paper application last week. Rep told me feb 1. Now there telling march 1. I even sent in cobra letter showing we had current insurance and I shouldn't have to wait til march 1. No one at customer service numbers at anthem are helping me. Please help!

Btw when I call corporate number in Indianapolis the operator punches numbers in my ear and hangs up. Did it to me three times!!
