I contacted your company today about a COVID-19 Letter i received for more information. I had the pleasure of speaking with the rudest, unprofessional, egotistical employee who i am shocked still represents your company. This guy literally hung up in my face and was condescending and out of line throughout the call. I have never experienced disrespect at this magnitude from anyone at your company. The sad part is i still do not have any answers to my question. I am looking up every person of high level status and title in the company to look this matter Thank you.
