I cannot even remember how long I and my parents have been insured by Mercury, I only know its been entirely too many years to be treated in the manner we currently find ourselves.
I am reaching out to you because of the unprofessionalism and bait and switch ethics I have experienced at the hand of your company.
I would appreciate an opportunity to discuss this with you; it is entirely too much to address , as it involves three claims.
