@mercuryins – Gabriel Tirador – Mr. Tirador It is unethical for your underwriters to request pre-closing inspection reports to avoid

Nadir Choudhury sent a message to Gabriel Tirador that said:

Mr. Tirador

It is unethical for your underwriters to request pre-closing inspection reports to avoid the costs of hiring your own inspectors. Your should be compensating the company who did the inspection and created the report. I recently paid a 3rd party to inspect my house and your underwriters requested to use this confidential information without compensating the inspection company. Not only are you getting free labor but you are also using an unknown third parties' opinion to form decisions.
