I don't write without thoughtful consideration but I believe my privacy has been violated by your company in the most public and egregious manner and I am compelled to write. Ive written to several members of Starwood's management team and received no response.
In November, I was on Twitter, chatting with spgassist about a customer service matter when your employee tweeted the following: "And if this is about your past stay at Aloft Jacksonville Airport, we will have the mgmt team look into this again"
By what right does your company claim privilege to tweet, for anyone to see, the location of my past stays with any Marriott brand? If I chose to disclose this, fine-but this was clearly irresponsible and distressing to me. There was a total disregard for my right to privacy when staying at your hotel. To disclose this information on Twitter was out of line.
