We are the regular customers for sony family, i have purchased LED , Date of purchase 03-Aug-2016. Dealer - Bajaj Electronics. on 27.Aug.2016 executive has checked the LED problem with Mother Board. which heart of the LED. None of the dealers are taking responsibility to sought of the issue (Being Rude on call). I request you personally to exchange the complete set of the LED. Hope you will give us a justice on this.
Previous email when i am opening it is showing error. Till date there not no response to issue we are in regular followup with manger, no one taking complete responsibility to sought our issue. we are facing much more problem. kindly do the needful.
