I am writing to get your assistance in getting my claim resolved. For over a month I have talked to numerous people in your company including supervisors and Customer Advocate that all agree my claim should have the waiting period waived and be paid. Today I was shuffled back to start by the Customer Service Advocate and am currently on hold while one department dukes it out with another over my claim. I need a real advocate or referee to get this resolved. Can you help?
