@MetLife – Steven Kandarian – Need Corrected 2017 1099 R for a lump sum payment to Catherine A. Custer, Executrix

Need Corrected 2017 1099 R for a lump sum payment to Catherine A. Custer, Executrix and beneficiary and to Susan L. Custer, beneficiary of our father's contracts. Feb. 2017 my lump sum payment was combined with Susan's check. Susan returned the excess funds, per your customer service. I received my check in March. The smaller payment & the mailed 1099 R's are correct. However, the 1099R with the double payment to Sue is incorrect. We each need the correct 1099 R's & of course MetLife will need to correct the error with your IRS reporting. I've contacted MetLife twice & was told twice they would email me the documents. That has not happened. My sister called yesterday and got her documents- including the incorrect one, a short time later. I emailed customer service last night & this morning and have not received a reply. We need the document to file our 2017 taxes which are on extension.
