Cecelia Rossini sent a message to James J Murren that said:
Good morning Mr. Murren.
I am writing to you as a last resort trying to PAY one of your hotels with a credit card authorization which they refuse to accept. I understand having policies in place to protect your company. However, I am just trying to PAY for a room for an employee. I DO NOT want anything free just to pay for his room with MY city issued credit card. Instead I feel I've been shamed because I was unaware of a 72 hour policy prior to the employee's arrival. The employee arrives today and I am scared he will not have the amount available on his personal credit card for the conference he is attending. The ARIA RESORT & CASINO has already added a note to his reservation stating they will not receive my credit card. Not because its not good, but because I didn't send it in 72 hours in advance. I NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE! I JUST WANT TO PAY FOR HIS ROOM SO HE CAN ENJOY THE CONFERERENCE. PLEASE HELP.
Thanks!
Cecelia Rossini
