You wonder why revenues are down? Resort fees are a killer. We haven't been to Las Vegas nearly as much solely due to the resort fee. We don't like the feeling of getting ripped off--paying for something we don't use. Expensive buffets--paying for parking--simply greed. You wonder why revenues are down? There's the answer. It's not like it was. Comps are down and fees are up. Bad combination. I dare you to eliminate resort fees. Watch the people flock to MGM properties.
