Hello Mr Murren. I have a serious issue with the bet mgm online casino. I opened an account the other day and deposited $100.00. I tried to play and I couldn't. I went on live chat and they told me I had to submit verifying documents. I sent in a picture of me holding my drivers license as requested, a recent bank statement and a copy of the front and back of my debit card with the appropriate numbers covered. I get an email back saying the documents were denied. I got a generic email saying" A copy of a valid government-issued ID (front and back copies of your identity card or a copy of your driver's license/passport).

- A copy of your self-certified ID proof (please send a photo of yourself holding the document in your hand next to your face).

- A front and a signed back copy the used cards ***6295. For security reasons, you should cover the 3-digit security code on the back and the middle digits of the card number and the middle 8 digits of the card number. I recent the documents and they were again denied and I got the exact same generic email with the same comments. I resubmitted them a 3rd time and again got the same generic email. Nothing else specific to why they were denied. So, I went back in online chat and they didn't say anything other than to look at the email. There was nothing explaining why the documents were denied again. I ask for a withdrawal and they couldn't do that until the account was verified but they wouldn't say why it was denied. So now I have $100.00 I can't play or withdraw. So I called and spoke to someone and all they continue to say is " A copy of a valid government-issued ID (front and back copies of your identity card or a copy of your driver's license/passport).

This has been going on for about 3 days now. So, I kept reapplying for a withdrawal and it kept being kicked back. I finally got someone in chat to get more information. They said I had to take a picture of me holding my drivers license, a picture of me holding my debit card with the appropriate numbers concealed, another picture of me holding the back of the debit card with the 3 digit number concealed. What is going on here? I have played at numerous other casino's and never had to jump through this many hoops to play or withdraw money? If they are going to treat people like this they shouldn't let them deposit until it's verified.
