I am at my wits end here. I am disabled and a life long IBMer (our customer service like Citi's is going to hell in a hand basket.as well ). I have called for the payoff statement for the home equity line of credit my ex husband took out without my knowledge or consent. Many of the myriad of reasons he is my ex husband. I am POA for the mortgage which took an act of Congress and have been paying it off. I was told on the phone i had to write a letter to CitiMortgage Inc Regular Payments requesting the payoff document effective 08/29/2016. I did on August 1st and have the delivery verification from the registered letter delivered by the US Post Office. Today I called Citi Mortgage yet again. I was put on hold at least three times while they "researched" this. Then I was cut off. The name on the line of credit is Donald. My name is Deborah. The current balance is approximately $60,644.77. Please resolve this today. Thank you
