Mid November had a garage door repair and a week later same problem occurred. Called for Sears to come back out and told would be here today AM. No one showed and I want a refund of my $69. Very rude individuals even the supervisor. Even spoke to Corp customer service and referred me back to Sears local repair. You are my last resort short of the BBB.
