My spouse and I are generaly speaking happy flying with Ryanair.
We were back from Figari some days ago (24th of July) and had our flight cancelled because of the wind.
We were asked to find a flight back by ourselves and took a ticket on the regular Ryanair flight of the 25th.
Some hours later we were told that the company added a flight on the 25th, just before the regular one. But we already paid our tickets (about 350 EUR).
We asked a refund but were told it was not possible what we cant admit given the fact that Ryanair told us to find a solution than added a flight.
For the best paid CEO of all airlines companies, € 350 is nothing, but for us it represents a lot of money.
