My name is Vincent and I have a very big complaint about the very first phone call that I had with the representative that sold me the package and then further more the run around that I endured with your staff that I texted with on and off for almost a week.. the way that they handled my complaint and situation was very unprofessional.. and I am really hoping that by going straight to the CEO the staff might realize that they are dealing with the public and that they need to take peoples complaints seriously before they actually get themselves and your complaint in a lot of trouble by promising clients things that they canât do..
