Dear Mr. Bertolini,
I need your help ASAP. I have been trying through Aetna/Coventrys system to find a home health care nursess aide or nurse to assist me while I am recovering from right broken arm/wrist. My orthopedic doctor wrote orders for same but these were rejected by your company for what reason I dont know and then I was directed to the state of Florida and they could not help me either.
I NEED HELP NOW! PLEASE GET BACK TO ME AT THE ABOVE INDICATED EMAIL ADDRESS ON TUESDAY, 7/25/17. I also will follow up via phone to the Corporate Contact Center #800-872-3862.
