I work for MS Dept. of Child Protection Services. The program that I work with is called Rescue 100. We have approximately 5500 children in MS foster care system not to mention the children who are being monitored by CPS. We are reaching out to churches in MS and local business leaders for assistance with our vulnerable children. I know that you are busy. I have so much that I would like to share with you about the foster children's needs in our State, and what we are trying to do to meet these needs.
