SUB: Problem with Toyota Innova Crysta (DL 10CT 7397)
Dear Mr. Toyoda,
With great respect that I am a Practicing Advocate in India. I am regular user of Toyota Vehicle in India from 1996 onwards. Right now, I have Toyota Innova, Toyota Etios Liva (2) and One Innova Crysta Zx, which was purchased from Galaxy Toyota, Delhi.
I would like to share my worst experience this time with Innova Crysta, (DL10CT7397) which was purchased in September 2016. I am sorry to say that this time I feel bad to have so many Toyota Vehicle and have great faith on Toyota, since I am facing problem with my Toyota Crysta right from the Month I bought.
Earlier…. There were problems with Tires since they got heated and soft even after running 20 to 25 KM. when I complained about this problem to Toyota dealer “Galaxy Toyota” about the same. It was very shocking for me to learn from the technical staff of your dealer that this was a manufacturing defect and Toyota will not do anything in this regard and you have to replace it at your own cost if you would have to come out of this problem.
This is the first time, I felt that it was my big mistake to have blind faith on Toyota. Anyhow, I got my tires replaced at my own cost.
Time and again, after 30,000 KM, when I send my Car for service. The unprofessional attitude and work experience of the workshop of Galaxy Toyota, I faced problem with my car since it is trampling at high speed. When I send my car again, the feedback I got it that there is a problem of disk and drum and again if I want to be out of this problem, I have to get it replace at my own cost.
I am not able to understand that why are keeping such kind of dealers who are giving bad name to your esteemed Company.
I know Toyota from the name as Japanese Technology is best in automobile industry. But this time, this gives me a very bad impression.
I am planning to switch my Ranze Rover to Land Cruiser, But I am not going to recommend anyone for Toyota Vehicle in Future.
This is highly disappointed from such a big Japanese Company.
Please look into the matter and regained faith in the eye of Indians.
