I?m not saying Entune is the worst app I have ever used, even though it is. I am asking, who thought this was the best software for the Worlds Best Automobile line? How much did Toyota pay PC Mag for a positive review, the writer could not have tested Entune that early and given anything other than a fail. Who thought it a great idea to require a tether for map connectivity? What was wrong with your 2012 Entune connectivity? When you tether a phone, you are charging, if you are charging and running an app at the same time you are heating and overheating. When you overheat, the phone will shut down to protect its self. When the phone shuts off, you lose your map. After the phone cools down, you have to stop the car, turn it off and on again to start the process of maps all over again. I want my money back, you used Bait and Switch, you said you had Navigation, you never said ?sometimes you had Navigation?
