Mr Anderson, I am an electric customer and a 10 year navy veteran from desert storm. I recently received a smart metor and was encouraged to get a free energy bridge. I was unable to get it to work near my router! I had to purchase a WiFi extender for $40 and connect the energy bridge in the back room of my home! Near the metor. The bridge failed after 3-4 weeks. I had a DTE tech come out and he verified it was malfunctioning! Gave he another bridge and said I needed the energy bridge for it to work. I have contacted DTE insight via email and phone several times and spoke to a manager. I have asked for a $40 credit on my bill. Your company keeps giving me the run around and refuses to compensate me for the $40 I paid out of pocket to get this to work. Please do the right thing, so I don't have to complain to local media.
