Mr. Anderson, so I apologize for the bother but this morning I spoke with a supervisor who tried to imply the she was the last decision making person in my situation. I am reaching out but I cant see that being the DTE culture. I was on one of the budget wise programs until a faulty checking account payment came back unbenounced to me. DTE had an old cell # and email address so until I received the mail last evening 5/12/16, I had no idea a payment was returned that caused me to be removed from the plan. Never mind my being on time with other payments and never mind my explaining that this was a bank decision due to suspected fraud activity on my account. I need your assistance please, If you cant answer as I certainky understand you probably have much bigger things to handle. Would you cascade to someone who would take the time to work with me and not throw me under the bus because of something out of my hands. My family needs the program to maintain. Eva
