Mr. Angel,
I am hoping you can help me with a problem I have with your company that has been going on for over a year now with no results.
Our account with Praxair was transfered to Naxair because Praxair no longer has a store in Chattanooga, TN.
I continue to be billed by Praxair when the account should have been closed by Praxir at the time of transfer.
I have called every month for a year with no results. I have been told that numerous people are getting it taken care of but every month I receive yet another bill.
This has done damage to my company's credit along with countless man hours wasted every month trying to get this issue resolved. I would like to have this corrected by sometone. Our account # is RK615
