Mr. Banga, I just want to explain an experience I had with mastercard and a – Ajaypal Singh Banga email address

Rana sent a message to Ajaypal Singh Banga – President and Chief Executive Officer of MasterCard – Email Address that said:

Mr. Banga, I just want to explain an experience I had with mastercard and a coverage that was supposed to be included in my mastercard- Purchase assurance. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years with mastercard, never late and use my card for everything. I purchase an items over the phone through a trampoline company for $385.00 on march 24th and long story short the company gave me defective products and refused to help with much "run around." I then after almost 2 months going back and forth with the trampoline company decided to try getting my money back through mastercard on may 11th. After much back and forth and explaining that the trampoline company would no longer communicate with me, my mastercard claim today, was denied. Mainly due to the STORES error and not my Dissatisfaction. This is very upsetting when I provided everything that I possibly could and given such run around by both the trampoline place and mastercard, I will be closing out my card. I just wanted to let you know that the even though I am a middleclass women, I spend 5-10 thousand dollars a year on my credit card, am never late and for a $385.00 a denial on Purchase Assurance ......I will be closing out my card.
