I'm doubtful that you will actually see this email. But, just in case, I wanted to express my frustration to you. I am a dermatologist in private practice in Louisville, KY. I am contracted with Aetna on some of your networks. I have spent the last month calling the 800 number (never could speak to a human), emailing (Probably 5-6 times) and faxing (twice) to try and get some information about being included in your other networks -- if they exist. I have yet to reach a Live Person. If you could be of any assistance, it would be greatly appreciated. My request is quite simple. I would just like to know about the Louisville Lexington networks as well some of your product lines i.e., ppo, hmo, coventry.
