I am having an issue with Amtrak customer service , about a particular train ride I bought for my daughter and grandson.
On their return trip to Washington from California, they were not given their reserve seats for one, then they had to endure filthy restrooms for the first leg of the trip then NO RESTROOMS at all for the last few hours of the trip, this is unacceptable ! (and illegal I believe) my 9 year old grandson could not use the restroom? Does this sound reasonable to you ? Customer service seems to think a $100 travel voucher is an acceptable solution, I do not agree ! My daughter never wants to use Amtrak again. I would like a better solution. Please respond asap. I know you probably won"t because you are the CEO and I am sure you don't care about this type of thing , after all I am sure your family would never get treated this way ! Maybe you should go undercover on this train and see how you like it !
