Larry sent a message to Joseph H. Boardman CEO, Amtrak that said:
Mr. Boardman,
Me and my wife love to take trips on amtrak because the train ride is part of it. We always get a bedroom because I need to be near a bathroom and we like our privacy. When we booked a train from Chicago to Boston, we were to be in a bedroom all the way. Now I'm told we will be put in coach at Albany and will not get supper on that day. Our trip starts on Sept. 28, 2015. I understand you need to make changes from time to time, but I think the right thing to do would be to honor the tickets you have sold then make the change. Thanks
