Mr. Boire, I am contacting you with hope that you can help me.. I rec'd a notice of the BN settlement and my amount. I used the settlement funds once at BN store and now the email with the amount was erased..it is no longer on my email...when I went to again to store to use the settlement amount I was told I needed that particular email with the bar code ...??
I have sent 4 emails to BN and recd no response..can you help me.?.. how do I use the settlement amount w/o that email..?
