Mr. Boire,
I need your help. After my house burned in Bastrop, Texas in 2011 like many others, I had to purchase many things. I bought the following from the local Sears in Bastrop: all new stainless steel appliances for kitchen, washer and dry, zero turn mower, push mower and a freezer. This does not include what I bought from Sears for my other house before it burned. My new dishwasher that I purchased in August has worked only 3 times maybe since I bought it. They came out 12/28 to repair due to continued running, did not dry and door would not latch. The guy got it running and ready to leave. I told him to turn it on. It now had a grinding noise. I said would you accept that, he said do you want me to order a motor? He did and came back on 2/8 put the motor in. Now the dishwasher does not work at all. It shut off and would not start again. I have been messing with Samsung since Sears no longer handles warranties for. The last call was they would take it to a committee because I wanted a new dishwasher. They said no and cancelled my ticket. They cancel it but dont do anything to go forward. Now I had to call back and they want to come out again to repair. I am tired of this. I want a new dishwasher. This is not my main home so I am not there all the time to be able to deal with this or take time off during the week for repairs. I am very busy at work and unable to afford the time to take off. I have wasted countless hours with this. I would think with the number of purchases I made at Sears someone would be able to replace this dishwasher without what I have had to go through. Please help. Murray, I am going to continue to send this email until I can get a new dishwasher. I do not want it repaired anymore.
