Mr. Bresky : I want to let you know that I was a employee of your company for almost 16 years. In the time I was there I seen a lot of changes. Some good and some bad. I worked for 4 different mangers in the Leoti feed mill. Here are some of the problems. There are making the drivers clock in on the back of the logbooks and then telling them to faultafy a federal document in which they sign on a daily. They are putting people in charge of your mills that either dont understand the rules and regulation of the trucking industries. I will tell you that the truck drivers are the back bone of your company and when you get ready of the old drivers for new ones. You are going to lose money in overtime and loss of equipment. Because of the lack of training they get. They pay the driver off of the logbooks. So if a driver shows up late to work do to a flat tire on there personal car or do to a medical or being sick they are pentlys for it. the hours the drivers put in and the way they are treated are not right. I was let go for being late. But never had many problems until the current mill manger. There is two different standards for drivers and other employee. Then there are the standards for management which can get away with things. Here is a sample of it. The current manger of the Leoti feed mill did not do a lock out tag out on some equipment while it was being worked on and said that he did do it and someone tried to start it and it move. Now they are fighting me on the my unemployment . Because of the times I was late and I did call in on those time of being late to let them know the problem. I would have been with the company 16 yrs on 1-8-17. Thank You For your time. Kevin Hall 620-214-0394
