Mr. Brown,
We have been loyal Motorola cell phone users for many years. My husband and I both have the Droid Turbo 2. My husband only has a smart phone so he can receive pictures and videos of the granddaughters and check the news. I use mine for everything. I have had three of this model. My first, the screen froze and would remain unresponsive for varying lengths of time. It would not hold a charge, the battery would become hot, and would not consistently upload and download items. My husband would have full service, I'm standing next to him, no service. Verizon could do nothing because they couldn't get it to duplicate.
This phone was stolen and replaced by another of the same model through my insurance plan. It's software was completely shot. The phone would randomly shut off, did not back up my contacts, and the screen would become unresponsive. Asurion replaced this phone with a third Motorola Droid Turbo 2. Again the screen is freezing and I have to uninstall and reinstall programs to get them to work temporarily and then go through the process again.
I am so frustrated. I have placed my faith in Motorola in ma y products over the years, especially cell phones. I am stuck with a phone that does not work and can't be replaced until it is paid off ($400 +). Very disappointed.
