Mr Carl. I’m writing to you because I'm very disappointed with your products and specially with your company incompetent customer service. I have been dealing with a warranty repair for 3 weeks now. I call this morning (Oct, 28, 2016) to get an update on my issue just to find out no parts have been order and no record of anyone opening a request. After spend over 20K in appliances I expect to have to deal with a better customer service and promo attention. We had so many problems with your appliances water leaks, Range igniter issue all the time and now my compressor and evaporator/coils system is broken. After 3 weeks of dealing with your customer service I got transfer to parts just to be told that the compressor will not be available not from 3 weeks from this time frame. We are now talking 1 1/2 month without a refrigerator. This situation I will expect to happen with low appliances but not with a 7k unit. In top of all this issues no one cares at you company of the inconvenience and how much money we have to spend eating out because of this situation. I can tell you I will make sure that everyone that I know never buys any Viking appliance base in my experience. My current situation I will be posting in all social media so people think twice when trying to purchase any Viking appliances. After purchasing two dishwashers, A 42” range with oven and refrigerator I believe I have wasted my money.
